Campaign Contribution Notice

Contributions made to Jackie Waltman for Burbank City Council 2026 are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes. The maximum contribution permitted is $500 per individual contributor.

California law requires the campaign to collect and report the name, street address, occupation and employer of any individual whose cumulative contributions total $100 or more during a calendar year.

Contribution Certification

By making this contribution, I certify that:

• I am contributing my own personal funds and these funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution
• This contribution is made voluntarily and without reimbursement from any other person or entity.
• I am making this contribution using my own personal credit card, debit card, check or other personal funds.
• The total amount of my contributions to Jackie Waltman for Burbank City Council 2026 will not exceed $500.
• The information I have provided regarding my name, address, occupation and employer is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

State law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, street address, occupation and employer of contributors whose aggregate contributions reach $100 or more during a calendar year.
